A 1:1 Upstyling session with Susan is 1 hour long and includes an eco.start.kit for instant upstyling at $90. For two or more, prices start at $155 for 90 mins upwards.  For Minimal Makeup sessions, $99 includes an Ere Perez Jojoba Eye Pencil your colour choice. Payment by all major cards accepted at time of service, or 48 hours prior for group bookings.

No, I teach YOU simple and effective techniques so you can upstyle your hair. You’ll be amazed how easy it is to recreate cool styles yourself for any occasion. If you have a certain style in mind, bring along a picture and I can dissect it and teach you how to recreate it.

I’ve been in the industry for 25+ years, owned hair salons in Auckland, worked in Sydney and Paris, and assisted launching and running a trailblazing holistic hair and beauty salon in London. 

I’ve trained apprentices, reached finals of many styling photographic competitions here and in NZ, learnt from some of the best hairdressers in the world (the latest being Sam McKnight who famously restyled Princess Diana’s short hair).

I’m also a Forever long hair girl and understand many of the challenges of raising children in this world of ‘perfect beauty’.
